Position Overview

As a vital member of our therapy team, you'll develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for our residents, focusing on communication, swallowing disorders, and cognitive-linguistic skills. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical autonomy and collaborative team-based care.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic procedures and audiometric screenings
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Participate in care planning meetings and family conferences
• Provide education and training to staff and caregivers

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
• Current New York State SLP license
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• CFY candidates welcome
