  • Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

  • Pediatric experience, including feeding and swallowing.

  • Experience supervising SLP Assistants.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and oversight for SLP Assistants.

  • Deliver limited treatment sessions for specialized cases, including pediatric feeding disorders.

  • Develop, adjust, and oversee individualized treatment plans.

  • Document all patient care and progress thoroughly, supported by daily protected documentation time.

  • Educate families and caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies at home.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP) to deliver coordinated care.

Skills & Qualities We Value

  • Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Leadership qualities to supervise and guide SLP Assistants.

  • Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with children and families.

  • Experience with teletherapy is a plus.

Why Join Total Rehab Kids?
At Total Rehab Kids, you’ll be part of a supportive, family-oriented team that values collaboration and professional growth. We believe in equipping our therapists with the tools, resources, and time they need to succeed—while also prioritizing work-life balance.
