Job Description - Speech Language Pathologist


Gervino Group is proud to be partnering with a leading home health organization to place a compassionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who's ready to make a real difference—one patient, one home at a time. If you thrive in a flexible, team-oriented environment and love the autonomy that comes with home-based care, we'd love to connect.

What you'll be doing
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team on patient care plans
  • Delivering quality SLP services directly to patients in their homes across Somerset, PA and nearby communities
  • Spending roughly 20% of your day traveling between patient locations

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · 1 weekend per month · 2 holidays per year

Required qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare
  • 1+ year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Partner EMR, or EHR implementation
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Comfortable with regular local travel as part of daily responsibilities
  • Pennsylvania SLP license number on hand—please include it in your application if available
