Celebrations Speech Group is thrilled to invite you to join our vibrant team as an in-person, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for elementary and middle school levels. Responsibilities:

Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy for speech/language disorders.Design and implement innovative, evidence-based therapy plans for speech and language disorders.

Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose communication challenges.

Lead and manage the IEP process, ensuring all documentation is compliant and defensible.

Provide guidance and mentorship to CFY or SLPA as needed.

Engage with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staff to foster a collaborative approach to student care.

Maintain meticulous records and stay up-to-date with professional training and development.

Qualifications:

alid California SLP License.

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFYs are welcome to apply).

Demonstrated experience with IEP creation and case management.

In-depth knowledge of Special Education laws and compliance.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation:Competitive salary: $77,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
