Speech Language Pathologist 70 to 76 per hour Full Time

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team on a full-time basis at an elementary school. This role offers a competitive pay range of $70 to $76 per hour and provides an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on helping individuals with communication disorders.

As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language impairments for patients of different age groups. You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapy sessions, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately assess speech and language disorders.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists to support patient progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech and Language Pathologist
• Experience working with patients in a clinical or school setting preferred
• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation software

This is a 1099 position

Pay: $70-76 /hour

35 hours per week
