Speech Language Pathologist 75 to 80 per hour

Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a public elementary school. In this role, you will work with young children who are facing challenges related to speech, language, and communication skills. Our mission is to provide high-quality therapy services that make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

This is a full-time position offering a supportive environment where your expertise will be valued and utilized effectively. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions aimed at improving communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose individuals with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide effective therapy sessions to enhance communication skills
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals
• Document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a team
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software related to speech-language therapy

This is a 1099 position with an hourly pay of $75-$80 per hour.
