We're seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to join our growing Community of Providers. What You'll Do


As an AAC Specialist with BTS, you'll collaborate with students, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to improve communication outcomes for children throughout New Hampshire.


Responsibilities include:



  • Conduct comprehensive AAC evaluations across a variety of communication systems and access methods

  • Develop individualized AAC recommendations and implementation plans

  • Complete funding documentation and insurance submission packets

  • Consult with school teams, families, and related service providers

  • Train educators, caregivers, and communication partners on AAC implementation and best practices

  • Support students in developing functional communication skills across educational environments

  • Collaborate closely with our AAC Manager and experienced AAC mentors

  • Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and student-centered care


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications



  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

  • Experience conducting AAC evaluations and making device recommendations

  • Knowledge of a variety of AAC systems, technologies, and alternative access methods

  • Experience implementing AAC across school, home, and community settings

  • Strong report writing, documentation, and funding packet preparation skills

  • Ability to effectively train and coach adults as communication partners

  • New Hampshire SLP License (or ability to obtain)


Preferred Qualifications



  • Advanced AAC experience in school-based settings

  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

  • Passion for mentoring, continuous learning, and innovative service delivery
