You’ll conduct assessments, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families — gaining the hands-on school-based experience needed to earn your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and grow into a fully independent clinician.

Why Join Us:

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments under supervision of a licensed CCC-SLP; co-sign all evaluation reports and IEP documentation per Texas TDLR licensure requirements
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute clinical observations and progress data
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support communication skill generalization
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, session data, and progress documentation

What We're Looking For:

Preferred:

  • Practicum or externship experience in a school-based setting
