Speech-Language Pathologist (Infant Development Assessments)
Location: San Diego & Imperial Counties Schedule: Part-Time, Flexible Pay: $55-$65/hour
Do you have a passion for helping young children reach their full potential? Home of Guiding Hands is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Infant Development Assessments (IDA) team.
In this role, you'll complete developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers from birth to age 3 who may have developmental delays. You'll meet with families in their homes and community settings, conduct assessments, prepare reports, and help develop recommendations that connect children with the services they need.
What You'll Do
Complete developmental and speech-language assessments for infants and toddlers.
Meet with families and assessment partners to coordinate appointments.
Prepare detailed evaluation reports and required documentation.
Assist with Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
Maintain assessment materials and complete documentation within required timelines.
Travel throughout San Diego or Imperial County to conduct assessments in homes and community locations.
What We're Looking For
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Experience working with children from birth to age 3, especially those with developmental delays or at risk for developmental disabilities.
Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
