Speech Language Pathologist- Full-Time Location: Lansing, MI, 48933
Qualifications:
Master's degree with a major in Speech & Language Pathology (or related field).
Certificate of Clinical Competence or be in your Clinical Fellowship Year.
Speech-Language Pathologist Certification.
Commitment to Lansing School District's mission and vision.
5+ years of experience working with children, their families, and their school support systems (preferred).
Experience working with a diverse population of students in an urban school setting (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Conduct and attend IEP meetings, write IEPs as needed, and monitor their effectiveness.
Conduct REEDs to evaluate students.
Submit all required reports, data, and documentation in a timely manner.
Schedule and deliver speech and/or language instruction to a caseload of students.
Coordinate and provide consultative services to general education teachers, parents, and other special education staff in the areas of speech and language.
Perform other tasks as needed in order to best serve Lansing students.
