Carolina Speech & OT offers a small company feeling while offering full benefit packages and streamlined documentation. We are looking to add one additional therapist to provide therapy in our office and day cares in Statesville, NC. Strong supervision is provided for new graduates or SLP-Assistants with our most experienced and knowledgeable SLPs on staff.
**Duties:**
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapy to patients with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and case management documentation
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred

Carolina Speech & Occupational Therapy is a private practice specializing in providing speech-language and occupational therapy to children ages birth to three, preschool age, and school age in the Lake Norman, Statesville, Charlotte and surrounding areas. In additional to providing individualized speech, language, and occupational therapy to our clients, Carolina Speech & Occupational Therapy strives to help educate parents and caregivers for better carryover in the home. We encourage parents and family to participate in therapy sessions and learn strategies and techniques to further address areas of need.
