Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

Description

HTS is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to work on a PRN (as needed) basis at a senior living community located in Rushville, Indiana. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, progress notes/recerts, treatments and discharges on an as-needed, PRN basis. 

PRN with HTS is very flexible: Work only when your availability perfectly aligns with our staffing needs. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.

Other HTS locations with occasional PRN needs: Columbus, Franklin, Indianapolis, Carmel, Anderson

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, progress notes/recerts, treatments and discharges as needed
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
