Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

Description

HTS is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join the team on an as needed, PRN basis at two senior living facilities and home health in Owensboro, Kentucky. The primary facility is a continuing care retirement facility while the second PRN site is a skilled nursing facility specializing in dementia related diagnoses.

The SLP in this position will perform evaluations, complete recertifications, progress notes and discharges and treat patients on an as needed, PRN basis during increases in caseload, scheduled time off and occasional weekend needs.  A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred, as coverage is typically needed for vacations and other scheduled time off.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
