Speech -Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full -Time or Part -Time

Location: Fayetteville, NC
Pay: $75,000–$85,000 annually (full -time) | Part -time considered
Setting: Clinic -Based Pediatric ABA Program

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech -Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric clinical team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a clinic -based role offering a consistent schedule, collaborative interdisciplinary support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with children with autism.

This position is ideal for an SLP who wants:

  • Predictable clinic hours

  • A stable pediatric caseload

  • Strong collaboration with BCBAs and clinical leadership

  • A long -term role without school or hospital productivity pressures

What You’ll Do

  • Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients with autism

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with BCBAs for coordinated care

  • Track progress and adjust goals based on data and observation

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

  • Provide caregiver education as appropriate

Schedule Options

  • Full -time preferred

  • Part -time considered

  • Consistent clinic -based schedule

  • Optional travel to nearby clinics is a plus, not required

What We’re Looking For

  • Active North Carolina SLP license

  • Master’s degree in Speech -Language Pathology

  • Pediatric or autism experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Spanish speaking is a plus, not required



Requirements

  • Active North Carolina Speech -Language Pathology license

  • Master’s degree in Speech -Language Pathology

  • Experience with pediatric or autism populations preferred

  • Strong clinical documentation and time management skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work collaboratively within an ABA clinical model

  • Must pass background check and credentialing

  • Spanish speaking is a plus, not required
