Job Description - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – In -Home Communication & Swallowing Specialist

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

Schedule: Full -Time

Compensation: $95,000 – $109,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in -home speech, language, and swallowing therapy.

• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver functional communication and feeding interventions.

• Educate patients and families to support progress and safety.

• Document care in EMR to support clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• EMR experience preferred.

• Strong interest in independent, home -based care.
