COLONIAL MANOR, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an SLP who is dedicated to delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. This position will be part of our inaugural dementia team and will receive training in our THRIVE program for patients with cognitive decline. We are committed to supporting therapy professionals who have a passion for working with geriatric and long -term care patients who have some level of dementia and who will drive the use of story boards, memory tools, and dementia specific modalities as well as assist in training and motivating our nursing team in the THRIVE program.
