Job Description - Speech Specialist Role Multilingual Support Needed

Empower Bilingual Learners as a School-Based SLP in Illinois!

Position Start: August 2025 | Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) | Spanish-English Required

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) fluent in Spanish and English to support students across Illinois during the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, on-site role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of multilingual learners.

As an SLP, you’ll deliver direct speech therapy, conduct assessments, and collaborate on the development of IEPs tailored to each student’s unique communication needs. Your role will also involve partnering with families, educators, and school teams to ensure equitable, culturally responsive services that empower bilingual students to thrive academically and socially.

This position includes:

A guaranteed 37.5-hour workweek throughout the school year.

Requirements

ASHA certification preferred.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

IL Speech Language Pathology license before the start of the assignment.

Hold a Master's Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders.
