Job Description - Speech Therapist

Position: Speech Therapist
Location: Dallas, Georgia 30157
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Start Date: Immediate openings available

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our growing team in Dallas, GA. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results

Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to patients of varying ages

Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each patient

Provide education and training to family members and staff as needed

Requirements:

Valid state license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with pediatric or adult populations preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
