Speech Therapist (INPATIENT) - PRN

Position is responsible for evaluating each patient (pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) assigned to them, determine short-term and long-term goals in conjunction with the patient and other team members when appropriate, develop and implement a comprehensive treatment program to meet these goals with direct supervision as needed for new graduates, and perform these tasks in a timely, effective manner that corresponds to the productivity standards for the department.
Additional responsibilities will include administrative assignments as assigned.

Requirements

• Current or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia


• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.


• Membership in national professional organization is required.


• Two years of clinical experience is preferred


• One weekend/month
