Job Description - Speech Therapy Georgia Positions




Apply Now: Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist | 2025–2026 Academic Year








Clarifi Staffing Solutions is excited to connect a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a dynamic school community for the upcoming school year.








This full-time, in-person position offers a meaningful opportunity to support elementary students in strengthening their communication abilities—paving the way for both academic achievement and personal growth.








Key Duties:




  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.

  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input based on data and student progress.

  • Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and skill development across settings.

  • Engage in professional learning to stay updated on best practices, compliance standards, and evidence-based intervention strategies.

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and voice concerns.

  • Create and deliver customized therapy plans that align with each student’s unique needs and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

Requirements



A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, along with a current Georgia SLP license or eligibility to obtain one. A strong understanding of the IEP process is crucial, as is the ability to customize therapy strategies to support a broad spectrum of student needs. Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational abilities are vital for fostering strong connections with students, families, and educational teams.
