Job Description - Speech-Language Pathologist

Pay: $61,353.00 - $71,792.00 per year

Job description:

**Relocate to Austin, TX if needed. Relocation packages provided**

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Austin, TX campus.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold a valid Texas SLP license.

Job Description

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with speech, voice, or language disorders
  • Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and track student progress
  • Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support communication development
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide expert input on placement and goals
  • Counsel and educate parents on student needs and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
  • Contribute to school-wide professional development related to speech and communication

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Texas SLP license (SBESLPA)
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation tools, intervention methods, and communication disorders
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
