Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state licensure (or eligibility)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred (or Clinical Fellowship candidate considered)
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with patients and families
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
Outpatient clinic / rehabilitation setting
May involve standing, walking, and assisting patients with mobility or positioning
Flexible schedule depending on patient volume and clinic needs
