Love Pediatric Therapy. Love Where You Work.

Live and work surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, incredible hiking and outdoor recreation, and one of the most vibrant communities in Western North Carolina.

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist who wants to grow - not just their caseload, but their skills, career, and impact.

Why Carolina Pediatric Therapy?

We provide integrated care for children from birth through age 21, with a team that believes collaboration makes all of us better clinicians.

As a full-time clinician, you’ll have more than a caseload - you’ll have the team, time, tools, and support designed to help you thrive.

Here, You’ll Have:

  • Protected time built into your workday for planning, documentation, and collaboration
  • Dedicated professional development and embedded mentorship to help you grow as a clinician
  • True interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health
  • Smarter documentation and sustainable productivity, with customizable templates, AI-assisted tools, and reasonable expectations focused on quality care
  • Variety in how and where you practice, including clinics, schools, daycares, homes, community settings, and telehealth
  • A clear path for career growth, with opportunities to deepen your clinical expertise, pursue leadership, and help shape a growing pediatric program

Your Home Clinic: A Place to Belong

Every clinician is centered at a designated Home Clinic, giving you a consistent professional home base even when your work takes you into the community.

You’ll have designated space for your therapy materials and professional resources, along with space to display your credentials and accomplishments.

It’s a place to belong, collaborate, stay organized, and make your own.

The Role

As a Speech Therapist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you'll provide evidence-based and informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.

You’ll do it as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.

Compensation & Benefits

We want our clinicians to build sustainable careers - not burn out doing work they love.

Benefits include:

  • Medical health insurance
  • 3 weeks of PTO starting in your first year
  • Up to 10 paid holidays
  • Continuing education allowance
  • 401(k)
  • Life insurance
