Job Description - Speech-Language Pathologist Bilingual Candidates Needed

Now Hiring: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Illinois Schools | 2025–2026 School Year

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for supporting multilingual learners? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time, school-based Bilingual SLP (Spanish-English) to join our team for the 2025–2026 academic year in Illinois.

In this role, you will provide individualized speech-language therapy to a diverse student population, helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure each student receives consistent, culturally responsive services tailored to their needs.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy sessions in both Spanish and English.

Develop and implement speech-language services aligned with IEP goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, and possess an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license prior to the start of the assignment. Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is required. While ASHA certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
