What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for children and teens (ages 1–21)
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, teacherss, and other therapists to create a seamless care experience
- Document progress, submit billing in a timely manner, and manage caseload independently (CFs will have a peer mentor and an on-site CF supervisor)
- Engage in both clinic-based and school-based therapy opportunities
- Champion communication as the foundation for independence and confidence in our clients
What We’re Looking For
CCC-SLP or CF-SLP with a heart for pediatrics and neurodiverse populations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural collaborator
- Ability to manage your own caseload and re-evaluations (with support systems in place)
- A creative, resourceful, and compassionate approach to therapy
