Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time, On-Site) Location: Prattsburgh, NY | 2025-2026 School Year

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will deliver school-based speech-language services to students with a range of needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in-person to students across grade levels
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
Complete required documentation including IEPs, Medicaid billing, and progress reports
Provide consultative support to school staff and caregivers

To apply, you should have:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - required
Active New York SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one)
At least 2 years of school-based experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Full-time availability for the 2025–2026 school year
Experience working with diverse student populations
Experience with Special Education Case Management and IEP development
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with Medicaid billing
Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt in a school-based environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
