• Compensation: $61,000$91,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and create personalized therapy plans

• Deliver speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy

• Administer and coordinate audiometric screenings and referrals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including Medicare requirements

• Participate in care planning, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives

• Promote patient safety, dignity, and a culture of compassionate care

Qualifications

• Masters Degree (MA or MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active New York State SLP License

• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)

• Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment
