We’re now looking to grow our team in Carrizo Springs and are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in-home therapy services to our pediatric clients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing therapy to pediatric clients in a home health setting.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support communication development and carryover of therapy strategies at home.
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic, family-centered approach.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with agency, state, and federal guidelines.

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred; strong new graduates with a passion for early intervention are welcome to apply
