Mariposa Therapy Services main clinic location is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Since 2009, our company has become a leader in therapeutic services by supporting thousands of pediatric clients receiving speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy services in our clinic locations, schools and in homes throughout the state of Arizona.
Peditaric Hybrid Position
- Setting: A combination of school, pediatric clinic (Tempe) and in-home (East Valley)
- Build strong clinical competencies while treating pediatric clients one-on-one in clinic and home settings.
- Enjoy the perks of a school schedule with predictable, stable day time hours while impacting student success.
- You'll collaborate closely with our friendly and supportive group of multi-disciplinary professionals. Together, you'll provide comprehensive, holistic care to our pediatric clients, making a real difference in their lives.
- Treat a variety of disability types and their communication difficulties such as expressive/receptive language delay, social communication, fluency, cognitive disabilities, feeding disorders, etc.
- Strong interest in working with Autistic children using a strengths-based approach.
COMPENSATION: $56,400 to $68,000 per year
The range for this position varies based on experience, location, and setting. Compensation may be structured a per-session reimbursement or hourly depending on the service environment (e.g., clinic, school, or home-based therapy). Final pay rates will be determined based on qualifications and the specific demands of the role.

Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients or students with a variety of disabilities to remediate, improve, or alleviate areas of need and increase participation in home, community and school.
- Use of creative and engaging ideas to increase client's attention and motivation.
- Assess and regularly re-evaluate client/student progress and revise the plan of care or IEP as necessary.
- Submit accurate daily, quarterly clinical notes regarding patient or student evaluation and attainment of goals using a web-based documentation system.
- Monitoring of client or student reactions to treatment or changes in condition, discussing changes with the patient/family/caregiver.education team and reporting changes as necessary.
- Assisting the caregivers, families, school teams or other personnel in providing continuity of care.
- Participate and share in the development of the client's total multidisciplinary plan of care.
- Demonstrate positive rapport with families, caregivers, and staff.
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal and certification requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
