Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Home Care
Salary & Highlights
Follow-up Rate: $33.00 – $38.00 per visit
Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2,000 to $4,000(paid in first 90 days of employment)
Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $5,000 annually (Paid out with each paycheck*)
Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Home Care)
Expectation: Simple 32 visits per week requirement
Flexibility: Flexible scheduling with mileage reimbursement and hot spot stipend
*Performance bonuses require a minimum period of employment.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our home care team. You will play a critical part in helping patients improve their communication skills through:
Direct Therapy: Delivering services as directed by the supervising SLP for both adult and pediatric patients.
Plan Execution: Following customized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs in natural environments.
Progress Tracking: Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting therapy activities for continuous improvement.
Holistic Care: Collaborating across disciplines to ensure patients receive well-rounded, high-quality intervention.
Qualifications
Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification.
State Licensure: Valid and current state license as a Speech Therapist Assistant (SLPA).
Population Experience: Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations is required.
Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a home-care setting.
