Duties:

• The candidate is required to attend all training by the Bureau of Prisons for contract workers.
• The candidate will not be permitted to attend institution meetings, staff recalls or government training sessions for institution staff on contract time or as consideration of the contract.
• The candidate may attend team meetings, and other meetings, relating to the services to be provided by the terms of this contract.

Education & Qualifications:

• Must be a member in good standing with a recognized faith-based community along with a letter of reference from the Pastor, Imam, Spiritual Leader etc.
• Must possess at a minimum, a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with a major in religious studies, education, or related studies.
• Work experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
