Up to $128k depending on experience
Performance Bonus:

Potential up to 8%

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Sponsor Relationship Manager (SRM) is the conduit between the core Sponsor group and the Credit Union leadership. The individual will commit themselves to the mission, vision, and values of both the Sponsor and the Credit Union to create synchronicity and bolster a strong partnership between the Sponsor and the Credit Union. The SRM is responsible for executing key Sponsor strategies to drive growth while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Duties and Functions:
Owns and executes on key Sponsor strategies, creating new opportunities for growth, including penetration into new lines of businesses, projects, and events.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders on sponsor awareness, including scheduled updates of business intelligence, strategies, initiatives, and results to CU leadership.
Builds, expands, and maintains strong relationships with Sponsor leadership and documents progress on the CRM tool. Coordinates with internal stakeholders on existing sponsor relationships as appropriate.
Develops a trusted relationship with sponsor, client stakeholders, and internal partners; advocates for Sponsor-employee needs while keeping the objectives of the Credit Union as top priority.
Proactively sets influencer meetings, visits, and agendas in advance. Provides a summary on next steps and follows through on commitments.
Attends the local advisory council meetings (primarily virtually) and assists in building the advisory council’s diversity and representation.
May lead or participate in seminars, webinars, events, and other contact points with Sponsor members and prospects.
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
3+ years’ related relationship management experience required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar.
Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Moderate keyboard skills at 40 wpm.
Excellent customer service skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Work involves extensive use of computers, up to eight hours per day. Appropriate visual, dexterity and other physical abilities are required.
May include occasional pushing, pulling, or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to speak and present on the telephone and/or through digital means of communication, including but not limited to Zoom/Teams/or other video technologies.
May require overnight travel to fulfill duties & functions.
This leader will primarily work in the downtown Houston offices and is expected to be in the office or at a Sponsor site daily.
