Description
Live Nite Events (LNE) is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Sponsorship Coordinator to support the execution of brand partnerships across our music festivals, concerts, and venue programming. From contract signature to on-site activation and post-event reporting, this role plays a key part in ensuring our sponsorships are delivered with excellence and professionalism.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong communication and coordination skills, and enjoys working with a wide variety of brands, vendors, and team members. This is an on-site position based in Salt Lake City, with weekend and evening work required during events.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities: including but not limited to:
Sponsorship Fulfillment & Execution
Manage sponsor deliverables across multiple festivals, venues, and events from pre-event planning to on-site activation and post-event recap.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, production, operations) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of all sponsor assets.
Oversee on-site sponsor activations, signage placements, product integrations, and hospitality areas.
Project Management & Coordination
Develop and maintain a master sponsorship fulfillment calendar.
Organize sponsorship contracts, creative deliverables, activation checklists, and signage files.
Support creation and delivery of photo/video asset lists for sponsors and official event content teams.
Track and maintain accurate records of sponsor inventory, activations, product shipments, and branded materials.
Relationship & Communication Support
Act as a point of contact for sponsors pre-event and on-site to provide updates, schedules, and deliverables.
Prepare and distribute sponsor itineraries, credentials, and on-site access logistics.
Communicate on-site brand opportunities (stage mentions, social tags, signage visibility, etc.) clearly and promptly.
Assist in compiling post-event recap reports, including analytics, media exposure, and activation photos.
Marketing & Brand Integration
Work with the marketing team to execute sponsor mentions, social media deliverables, and inclusion in digital/print materials.
Assist in developing multi-channel sponsorship marketing plans and activation strategies.
Ensure brand partners are integrated authentically and aligned with audience experience.
