Job Description - Sponsorship Coordinator

Full-time

Description

Provide excellent customer service to all patients while assisting them to determine the eligibility of programs.
Interview patients requesting sponsorship.
Determine appropriate eligibility sponsorship program and/or cash payment program.
Interview & complete required forms.
Advocate and support when needed.
Data enter all patient information in company database(s).
Provide back-up support to BCCS coordinators as needed.
Schedule and screen online requests.
Perform other duties as assigned; and cross train as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of healthcare experience & medical terminology
2 years of healthcare scheduling experience
2 years experience with financial records
Bi-lingual, Spanish/English
