In this position…

The Ford Performance Sponsorship Manager will serve as a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership and key stakeholders – identifying new sponsorship opportunities for the broader Ford Performance business and brand. You will be responsible for the development of leads and tracking your contribution to the Motorsports business. You will prioritize new opportunities as they develop and will be responsible for onboarding and managing key strategic partnerships and sponsors.

This is a hybrid role to Allen Park, MI and will be required to work regularly onsite. Fully remote would be considered for qualified candidates.

What you'll do…

• Partnership Management: You will be responsible for the development of leads, tracking your contribution to the motorsports business, as well as the onboarding and management of key strategic partners and sponsors.


• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategy to promote Ford Performance Series and lifestyle brand to engage a broad portfolio of strategic partners and sponsors.


• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze potential industries, segments, and companies for engagement.


• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Ford Performance Marketing Managers and Agency Partners to ensure cohesive strategy and coverage across various racing series.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for sponsorship initiatives.


• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

You'll have…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study.


• 5+ years of relevant experience in (Sales, Sponsorship, finance, marketing, strategy, etc.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).


• US passport required or the ability to obtain one.


• Excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to quickly build trust and establish credibility.


• Strategic mindset with an ability to be a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership.


• Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue and strengthen brands.


• Self-starter with a demonstrable comfort with ambiguity.


• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products.


• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed.


• Passion for our products and their capabilities.
