Sport Affiliate Manager

We are looking for experienced Sport Affiliate Manager to manage existing customer relationships and acquire new clients within Tier 1 markets.

The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation is provided.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, specifically with sports or betting products (Tier 1 markets).


• Proven sales and negotiation skills.


• Strong background in the gambling industry.


• Results-driven and self-motivated.


• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.


• Self-directed learning capabilities.


• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Income Access, NetRefer, and Zendesk would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners through email, phone, newsletters, and forums to maximize revenue.


• Recruit and onboard new affiliates for CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns.


• Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships.


• Analyze campaign performance to ensure affiliates deliver optimal ROI.


• Prepare and present affiliate marketing reports to senior management.


• Develop and execute promotions and tournaments to engage affiliates and enhance brand visibility.
