Job Summary:

Lone Star Surface Pros is seeking a skilled Sport Court Surface Installer to join our team. As a Sport Court Surface Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sport court surfaces for residential and commercial clients.

• Install sport court surfaces including asphalt, concrete, and acrylic coating systems.
• Prepare the work site by ensuring proper grading, compaction, and drainage for optimal court performance.
• Apply coatings, sealants, and finishes to enhance durability and aesthetics of the court surface.
• Conduct repairs and patching as needed to address surface irregularities, cracks, and damage.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

• Previous experience in sport court installation or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in sport court installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to read blueprints and designs and full layout of courts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials and operate power tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pull a trailer preferred.
• Experience operating machines, grinders, leveling, etc.
