Job title: Sports and Conditioning Specialist
Location: South Burlington, VT
Schedule: Full Time
Qualification:

Current certification by NSCA (CSCS), NASM (PES), CSCCa (SCCC/MSCC), or ISSA (SCC).
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in strength and conditioning.

Duties:

Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs.
Assess and monitor athletes' performance.
Provide instruction on proper techniques and injury prevention.
Collaborate with coaches and medical staff.
Educate athletes on nutrition and recovery.
Maintain training records.
