Sports Center Hospitality Associate

Position Summary:

Looking for a fun, active role in a member-focused environment? Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly and service-oriented Sports Center Hospitality Associates to help create an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

In this role, you'll welcome members, assist with the Lifestyle Shop, coordinate golf simulator and sauna reservations, support Quarry Café operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Sports Center. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in providing outstanding service, we'd love to have you join our team.

Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Services/ Sports Center Manager
Employment Status: Seasonal / Part-Time / Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist members and guests.
• Operate the Lifestyle Shop and process purchases.
• Coordinate golf simulator and sauna reservations.
• Support Quarry Café food and beverage service.
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with club standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the Sports Center.
• Stock supplies, towels, and merchandise.
• Assist with facility upkeep and report maintenance concerns.
• Deliver exceptional member service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent member service.
• Dependable, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and light cleaning duties.
• Work in various Sports Center areas, including fitness spaces, retail areas, and saunas.
• Maintain a professional and member-focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
