Brief Job Description

The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for a Sports Club Front Desk Attendant to join our dynamic team. 

The Sports Club Front Desk Attendant will be the welcoming face of the Sports Club. Candidates must be hospitable, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a strong focus on member satisfaction.

Job tasks/duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Greet members and guests, answer questions, phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests throughout the Sports Club.
• Processing payments, member billing, taking and managing tennis/pickleball court reservations, registering members for classes/clinics/events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Conduct regular facility rounds during assigned shifts including a walk through the locker rooms, gym, and pool area.
• Ensure all supplies/merchandise are adequately stocked and organized, inform supervisor of any needed supplies.
• Contribute as a team member towards promoting activities and special events.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned within the department.

The Person we are looking for will:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills
• Must possess a friendly, professional demeanor
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends and holidays)
• Must be able to always adhere to professional conduct and image
• Possess a valid State-issued Driver’s License
