Sports Event Staff

Description

TBK Bank Sports Complex is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Event Staff Members to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various events held at our facility. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and teardown of events, including arranging chairs, tables, volleyball nets, soccer fields, baseball and softball fences, and admission gates.

- Provide assistance during events by addressing guest and event provider inquiries.

- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the complex, including trash removal, table cleaning, and floor sweeping.

- Ensure the complex is properly set up and ready for events.

- Support front desk operations as needed.

- Respond to questions from guests, members, and employees regarding the facility schedule.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office area.

- Assist with moving fences on the fields and the overall grooming of the fields. 

- Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Willing to work nights and weekends if needed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Able to lift/move up to 50lbs
