Position Summary: Fellowship trained Sports Medicine physician wanted to join a busy practice.

Essential Job Functions: Run an effective clinic, perform specialized MSK procedures, demonstrate excellent bedside manner.

Qualifications: - Completion of a Sports Medicine fellowship - Board eligible or board certified - Current Utah State Physician license and DEA certificate - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated leadership qualities, success working individually and as part of a team

Hours: Monday - Friday
