We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Thrive team! At Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab we are dedicated to providing patient-centered care by reimagining the healthcare experience. We pride ourselves on delivering individualized, compassionate sports rehab and recovery. As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will be part of a positive, family-oriented environment and collaborate closely with other disciplines to provide the best patient care possible. Responsibilities

Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs

Conduct evaluations and create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their individual goals

Work closely with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care

Maintain records of patient therapy and progress

Qualifications

Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to improvement - both personal and professional

Ability to multitask

The ability to stay positive and compassionate with patients

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
