Spotter/General Laborer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused General Laborer to assist with spotting workers operating aerial lifts. This critical role ensures a safe work environment by maintaining constant communication and monitoring of lift activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot workers operating aerial and scissor lifts to ensure safe maneuvering and prevent accidents.
   
• Maintain clear communication with lift operators and team leads.
   
• Monitor worksite surroundings for potential hazards.
   
• Follow and enforce all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
   
• Assist with general labor duties as needed when not actively spotting.
   
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
   
• Punctuality and strong work ethic are mandatory.
   
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay alert for extended periods.
   
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
   
• Must be able to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
   
• Prior experience in construction, general labor, or safety spotting is a plus but not required.
• Boom Lift certified is preferred
