Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Spray Foam Insulation Team at our Shelbyville, Kentucky, location. If you're interested in building a career in the construction trade and willing to learn a valuable skill, we want to hear from you! No prior insulation experience required—we provide paid training with hands-on experience from our skilled team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate spray foam insulation equipment


• Prepare and apply insulation materials to residential and commercial properties


• Troubleshoot equipment as needed 


• Work in confined spaces, at heights, and on ladders or scaffolding


• Follow safety procedures and company standards


• Travel to job sites as needed


• Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn


• General labor or construction experience is a plus


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions


• Valid, clean driver’s license (required for driving company vehicles)


• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, DOT medical exam, and PFT test (we cover the cost)


• Must be able to work up to 9+ hour days as required


• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment


• Must be reliable, punctual, and have your own transportation
