Job Summary/Duties/Responsibilities

• Overseeing all Spray Tender Assembly and Spray Tender Assembly Team

• Working closely with all Production Center Supervisors and Managers to ensure successful operations and meeting production goals.


• Recognizing inefficiencies and opportunities to improve, then creating and executing a plan for them.


• Pull and stage orders accurately, including the assembly of QuickDraw units to meet production and delivery timelines.


• Service and repair Spray Tender assemblies, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with operational standards.


• Approve timesheets for direct reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in compliance with company policies.


• Conduct annual performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for growth.


• Lead strategic planning and oversight for the entire department during a period of rapid growth, ensuring scalable processes and alignment with organizational goals.


• Creating a culture of cooperation and cohesiveness.
  

Supervisory Responsibilities

All Spray Tender department team members will report to this position.

Location

This position will be located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS. There will be the potential for travel on an as needed basis.
