Sprinkler Operations Manager

Firetrol Protection Systems is a national leader in fire protection and life safety services, providing comprehensive solutions since 1984. We are seeking a Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead our sprinkler division and drive operational excellence.

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of the sprinkler division to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet customer and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and project management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Proven experience in managing sprinkler operations in the fire protection industry.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sprinkler systems, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations.
