Typical Sprinter Sales Manager duties include building B2B and B2C relationships, presenting vehicle/fleet solutions, and offering upfitting as a complete solution. The Sprinter Brand Manager is also responsible for consistent and relevant communications with reoccurring customers as well as building their own sales clientele to grow the line. Customer service skills must be excellent, including the ability to easily talk to anyone. Being able to multi-task, and having strong organizational and leadership skills is a must. Candidates must be able to work and have knowledge in all aspects of the sales process and our products.

You are the right candidate for this role if you possess the following:
Thorough understanding of the Sales Process with experience as an automotive Sales Manager or Internet Manager
Experience in B2B or commercial equipment sales a plus but not required
Ability to work as part of a high functioning team
Like organization and structure so you can accomplish a high workload of tasks on a daily basis
Follow a servant leader mentality i.e. always helping others around you achieve success
Strong understanding of what it takes to achieve high customer satisfaction at all times
Aspirations to grow in your career
Proficient with use of multiple platforms (CRM, DMS, Excel)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a professional sales process offering a complete solution (vehicle, upfitting, F&I products) on every proposal
Set sales goals, track progress, and work with the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all employees and customers
Become an expert in your role so as to best represent the #1 Van Dealer in the country

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Sales/Internet Manager at a franchise dealership or in a commercial equipment/fleet sales environment
Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices
Must have strong organizational skills, and the ability to read and understand manufacturer programs
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing, and positive attitude
Knowledge of inventory control and management
