The Job

As one of our 3 Spur Restaurant Managers, you are the face and the host of the dining room; the one who warmly welcomes and recognizes guests. This is a hands-on position where you are actively working side by side with your team on the floor, constantly engaged in high-end service training and improving the fine details. Equally, you are a mentor and coach to your team. You are well informed on wines, partner with the Executive Chef on daily specials and let your creative juices flow with wine-pairings, specialty cocktails and exclusive buy-outs. You oversee administrative tasks (ordering, cost controls, payroll etc) and leadership functions (training, coaching and counseling).

Requirements

To be successful in Spur Restaurant Manager position, you:

• Have previous restaurant experience, minimum 1-year full time management experience. 
• Are dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset. When things don't go as planned, your team can count on you!
• Take ownership of your tasks and feedback from your manager so you can continue to grow.
