SQA Lead

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Lead with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will lead QA strategy and teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA strategy across manual and automated testing.
  
  
• Manage and mentor SQA engineers to ensure excellence in quality.
  
  
• Oversee compliance-driven testing frameworks (AML, KYC, fraud prevention).
  
  
• Define and enforce QA standards and best practices.
  
  

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve product quality.
  

• 7+ years in QA roles, with at least 2 years in leadership.
  
  
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks.
  
  
• Knowledge of compliance-driven product testing.
  
  
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
  
• Familiarity with agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
